Greetings from the 2nd Asia Pacific AKI-CRRT Congress 2018! It is great pleasure to inform you that the 2nd Asia-Pacific Acute Kidney Injury and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy Conference Taipei http://www.apcrrt2018.com) will be held on 21-24 Sep 2018 at Marriot Hotel, Taipei, Taiwan. This Congress is co-organized by Asia Pacific Society of Nephrology and has received official endorsement from the ISN.
I'd like to share with you that we will offer around 30 travel grants (25 for doctors, 5 for nurse and dietitian, US$500/each) awarded to selective winners (those who submits an abstract for poster/mini-oral presentation). Your young fellows stand a good chance on receiving the grants. Appreciate if you could help us to spread the news to your society. If we are lucky enough to locate more funds from the government, the grants will increase in due course.
As the clinical AKI epidemiology, etiology and practice pattern is very diverse between Asia countries, we hope this Congress could encourage more conversation between nephrologists from different countries. Therefore, I'd like to invite you to record a short video and we will put it on the Congress Website. I hope you can share with nephrologist from other countries current situation or strategies of AKI care in your country, and any suggestions of future AKI research or clinical treatment program which might benefit the care quality of AKI.
